While attending graduate school he worked with the academic support center to aid the students at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. He was born, raised, and resides in Maxton, NC. He attends Vertical Church at Pembroke. Rocky received his Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) in 2008. He loves to serve his community through local missions whether it is with Wakulla Grassroots, the youth group from his local church, or Phi Sigma Nu Fraternity. He understands that people are uniquely different but enjoys finding the commonalities that make us all human.
